In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" / "qq821" — the website accessible at https://qq821.cam, including all sub-pages, services, games, and related digital properties operated under the qq821 brand.
• "We", "Us", "Our" — qq821 and its parent entity, holding company, officers, employees, agents, and authorized service providers.
• "You", "Member", "User" — any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered member account created by You upon completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in Your Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Credit" — any promotional credit, free-spin value, cashback credit, or matched deposit fund awarded to Your Account subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — a single instance of staking real-money Balance or Bonus Credit on any game, event, or market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed or enhanced account limits are granted.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where qq821 does not hold regulatory authorization.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — the suite of self-management tools offered by qq821, including deposit limits, time-out periods, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on qq821, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your own name and on your own behalf — not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or when placing any wager.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of an employee of qq821 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from qq821 or had an Account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
6. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
7. You acknowledge that online betting may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction, and you accept personal responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under local law.

qq821 is an offshore platform. Indonesian users are advised that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you have independently assessed your legal position and that you accept full personal responsibility for your participation. qq821 does not claim authorization from any Indonesian government body.

To use the paid features of qq821, you must create an Account by completing the registration form accurately and honestly. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times.

One account per person: Each individual may register and operate exactly one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. qq821 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any associated balances or winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials.
• All activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying qq821 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

qq821 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an Account at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason, provided that any undisputed real-money balance at the time of closure is returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe.

qq821 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported methods and processing times may change; current information is always available on the Platform.

Deposit conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own verified legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed at the time of transaction.
• qq821 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing infrastructure.
• qq821 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account in your own verified name and matching the deposit source where technically possible.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on any calendar day are targeted for same-day processing. qq821 does not guarantee same-day processing in all cases — delays may occur due to banking system outages or compliance review requirements.
• qq821 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus Credits that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is satisfied.

qq821 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only, as defined in each promotion. qq821 reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotion at its discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion period per verified Account, IP address, household, device, and payment method.
• qq821 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, collusion, and use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• qq821 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements are satisfied.

qq821 offers multiple wagering verticals including sports betting (football, badminton, basketball, e-sports, and others), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, slot games, and crash games. Each vertical operates under its own published rule set, accessible from the relevant section of the Platform.

• Sports betting: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event at the conclusion of regular time, unless otherwise stated. Coverage includes BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, and others. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a payout; a void selection collapses the leg at odds of 1.0.
• Live casino: All live dealer games use certified hardware and software. Results are final once the dealer has announced them. Disputes arising from a genuine technical malfunction will be reviewed by the Platform; decisions are final.
• Togel markets: Draw results for togel pools (SGP, HK, SDY, and others) are sourced from the official result feeds of the respective market operators. qq821 is not responsible for errors in those official feeds, though we will make reasonable efforts to correct any consequential settlement errors.
• Slot games: All slot titles are provided by certified third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and others) and use independently verified RNG systems. Published RTP figures are accurate at time of publication but may be subject to change by the provider.
• Crash games: Crash game multipliers are generated by a provably fair algorithm. The game result is determined by a server seed and a client seed; verification instructions are available within the game interface.

qq821 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed or settled due to a technical error, pricing error, or feed malfunction. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the member's Account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on qq821. Breach of any item in this list constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or funds.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or RNG vulnerabilities to generate profit; any winnings generated via a known exploit are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on qq821.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to fund any illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the qq821 support team or any other Platform user.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform.

qq821 is required to verify the identity and age of its members as part of its international compliance obligations and responsible gaming commitments. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC requests.

Documents typically requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your registered bank account or e-wallet confirming your name).
• Source of funds documentation for large transactions, at qq821's discretion.

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered by account activity patterns that require compliance review. qq821 targets a KYC review turnaround of 1–3 business days from receipt of all required documents.

All content on the qq821 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and compiled data — is the exclusive property of qq821 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from qq821.
• Use the qq821 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context.
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any page of the Platform without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or use any data extraction tool on the Platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorized use of qq821's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may be pursued through legal remedies available under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq821 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party banking or e-wallet infrastructure.
• Technical interruptions to the Platform caused by events outside qq821's reasonable control, including internet service outages, denial-of-service attacks, or force majeure events.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, qq821's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qq821 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

Closure by you: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting qq821 customer support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Bonus Credits that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Closure by qq821: qq821 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (see inactive account policy below).
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Inactive account policy: An Account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. qq821 will provide at least 30 days' notice via the registered email address before applying an inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month. Real-money Balance will not be forfeited below zero; once the Balance reaches zero, no further fee will be applied. Members may reactivate an inactive Account by logging in at any time prior to Balance depletion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq821 holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to a jury trial and agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. Class action proceedings against qq821 are not permitted under these Terms.

qq821 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited is done entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.
